De nombreuses petites entreprises commettent l\u2019erreur de remettre \u00e0 plus tard l\u2019\u00e9laboration de politiques de cr\u00e9dit et de recouvrement, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient confront\u00e9es \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me de compte en souffrance ou de liquidit\u00e9s disponibles.<\/p>\n\n<p>Avant d\u2019\u00e9laborer une politique, examinez les objectifs de votre entreprise. Vous souhaiterez peut-\u00eatre limiter le nombre de clients auxquels il convient d\u2019accorder un cr\u00e9dit en fonction de la fr\u00e9quence ou du volume de leurs commandes et de leur historique de paiement. Si votre entreprise conna\u00eet de graves probl\u00e8mes de tr\u00e9sorerie, il se peut que vous ne souhaitiez pas accorder de cr\u00e9dit du tout. De m\u00eame, vous voudrez vous assurer que vos processus de recouvrement g\u00e9n\u00e8rent les r\u00e9sultats que vous esp\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tenez compte des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants avant de d\u00e9finir votre politique de cr\u00e9dit :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u25cf Pourquoi dois-je accorder un cr\u00e9dit ? <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quel est l&rsquo;objectif de l&rsquo;octroi d&rsquo;un cr\u00e9dit ? <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u25cf Quels sont les co\u00fbts associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la politique en termes de tr\u00e9sorerie immobilis\u00e9e ? <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u25cf Mon activit\u00e9 justifie-t-elle l\u2019octroi d\u2019un cr\u00e9dit ? <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Les politiques de cr\u00e9dit doivent \u00eatre orient\u00e9es vers certains objectifs commerciaux. Vous ne pouvez pas fixer des objectifs rationnels en mati\u00e8re de cr\u00e9dit si vous ne savez pas dans quelle direction votre entreprise se dirige.<\/p>\n\n<p>Rappelez-vous que le cr\u00e9dit revient \u00e0 ce que votre entreprise accorde un pr\u00eat non garanti \u00e0 ses clients. Demandez-vous si vous pouvez vous permettre d\u2019accorder un tel cr\u00e9dit. \u00c9vitez d\u2019emprunter \u00e0 la banque et de payer des int\u00e9r\u00eats pour pallier les difficult\u00e9s de tr\u00e9sorerie caus\u00e9es par des clients qui ne paient pas assez vite, car cela ne peut que vous causer de graves probl\u00e8mes de tr\u00e9sorerie.<\/p>\n\n<p>Avant d\u2019accorder un cr\u00e9dit \u00e0 vos clients, vous devez savoir quel montant votre entreprise peut raisonnablement supporter. La r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette question d\u00e9pend de votre tr\u00e9sorerie. Si vous disposez d\u2019un flux de tr\u00e9sorerie suffisant pour soutenir votre entreprise ou si vous disposez d\u2019un exc\u00e9dent, vous pouvez assouplir votre politique de cr\u00e9dit, ce qui se traduira par une augmentation des comptes d\u00e9biteurs. En revanche, si vous \u00eates constamment en manque de liquidit\u00e9s, une politique stricte doit \u00eatre envisag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n<p>Consid\u00e9rez la politique de cr\u00e9dit comme votre moyen de faire en sorte que vos clients vous paient quand vous le souhaitez. L\u00e0 encore, la fa\u00e7on dont vous l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissez d\u00e9pend de votre tr\u00e9sorerie, de ce qui est normal dans votre secteur d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 et de vos propres objectifs commerciaux.<\/p>\n\n<p>Facteurs \u00e0 prendre en compte :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u25cf Recherchez ce qui est normal dans votre secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9. Cela peut vous servir de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u25cf Mieux vous connaissez vos clients, plus vous avez de chances de leur proposer un cr\u00e9dit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u25cf Plus vos clients sont importants, plus ils ont la possibilit\u00e9 de vous imposer une politique de cr\u00e9dit qui immobilise une grande partie de vos liquidit\u00e9s ou qui nuit consid\u00e9rablement \u00e0 votre entreprise si le client ne paie pas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u25cf Quelle est votre position de tr\u00e9sorerie ?
